Key Facts

The existing warehouse in Etobicoke was converted into a usable tenant space. Toronto Tapers completed the supply and installation of structural and non-structural steel framing, insulation, drywall and plywood. We were responsible for building the front face of the building, including canopies and parapets. We also constructed various fire-rated demising walls for the inside of the building.
