Job Overview

Our company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the drywall and steel framing industry. Preference will be given to these individuals. Jobs will be located at our Toronto Head Office. We offer performance-based advancement and a fast-paced working environment.   • Provide a high level of Customer Service – consistently receiving 90% or better in customer evaluations 
  • Input customer information accurately into our Customer Relation Management System 
  • Answer company phones and manage incoming leads 
  • Manage and organize company emails  
  • Conduct sales calls with potential clients provided by the company 
  • Schedule and follow up with leads as necessary 
  • Schedule project managers and clients to review job sites before proposals 
  • Manage entire lead lifecycle including lead intake, follow-ups, responses, scheduling meetings, preparing proposals and signatures 
  • Prepare proposals for potential clients
  • Manage project and non-project-related receipts and file them according to company filing standards 
  • Set up new projects in our Project Management System and maintain administrative duties throughout the construction process, including uploading invoices, payments made, invoices to owners, expenses etc. 
  • Review and prepare payroll documents for approvals 
  • Maintain office supplies and general office duties 
  • Creating blogs and articles for the website 
  • All other job-related duties as directed by Management

Job Qualifications

  • Experienced in construction sales specifically with drywall, steel framing and insulation projects is a benefit but not a requirement 
  • Must have extensive knowledge in Microsoft office software 
  • Strong communication skills including reading and writing 
  • Experience in construction is a benefit but not necessary 
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM manager is a benefit, but not a requirement 
  • Punctual and able to take direction 
  • Great attitude with a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances 
  • Willing to work hard 
  • Critical thinker and able to make logical decisions 
  • Great organizational skills
